Qualifications
- Proven HVAC service experience in residential or light commercial settings.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, ohmmeters, and pressure gauges.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Ability to pass background and drug checks.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
