Job summary

Elite Mechanical Services LLC is looking for a Residential HVAC Technician with experience in both residential and light commercial services to provide high-quality HVAC solutions in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring excellent customer communication and service.

This role requires at least 2 years of experience, an EPA 608 Certification, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for ongoing training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform light commercial service on RTUs and small packaged units.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
