Loudoun Water is seeking an HVAC Technician in the Plant Maintenance department to support HVAC operations across treatment facilities, distribution systems, and storage. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of equipment from chillers to boilers and rooftop units.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Valid HVAC Journeyman’s License or ability to obtain within 12 months.
CFC, A2L, and 410A refrigerant certifications are required.
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification is required.
Experience using a Building Management System (BMS) for HVAC operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and operate HVAC equipment at treatment facilities and distribution systems.
Troubleshoot to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and controls.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handlers, roof units, and related systems.
