Hammond Services, Inc. is seeking motivated HVAC Maintenance Technicians with at least 6 months of hands-on HVAC experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on HVAC field experience.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to learn and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Complete seasonal tune-ups and system inspections.
• Identify maintenance concerns and recommend repairs.
• Document work using company software.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
• Work safely and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to deliver a great customer experience.
