Job summary

Hammond Services, Inc. is hiring qualified plumbers in the South & West Metro Atlanta area. The role involves journeyman-level installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems, with travel to Griffin for on-the-job training for up to six weeks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential plumbing service and installation experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Have a valid driver’s license and meet auto insurance requirements.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems at journeyman level.
• Perform routine maintenance and service independently.
• Discuss plumbing issues with customers to prevent future problems.
• Use software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
