Job summary

Applitrack is seeking an HVAC Technician to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of district HVAC systems across buildings. You will install, repair, and maintain environmental systems equipment and manage controls and records, including coordination with supervisors and external contractors.

The role requires a solid knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration equipment, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC Journeyman preferred.
• Valid Iowa Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, alter, replace and maintain HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Operate and control HVAC systems using Metasys BAS.
• Read blueprints and equipment specifications; prepare service reports.
