Voyager Technologies in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician – HVAC to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems across mission-critical facilities onsite. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and document work, while coordinating with facilities leadership and project managers.
Qualifications include a 3+ year HVAC background, knowledge of ASHRAE/OSHA codes, and a valid driver's license. Prior BAS experience and familiarity with safety standards are preferred.

The Maintenance Technician – HVAC will be located onsite in Pueblo, CO and reports to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment across Voyager's facilities — ensuring optimal climate control, air quality, and energy efficiency in a mission-critical manufacturing and operations environment.
Voyager conducts pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
The good faith hourly range for this role is $34.00–$41.00 / hour at the time of this posting.
Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and certifications.
This range reflects base compensation only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
