Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician – HVAC to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across our mission-critical facilities.

You will work with rooftop units, chillers, boilers, BAS controls, and support energy efficiency while adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations; the role requires 3+ years of HVAC experience and a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, chilled water systems, and building automation controls.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards including ASHRAE, OSHA, and local mechanical codes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project site as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV systems, exhaust fans, and associated controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related faults using appropriate test equipment.
• Safely handle, recover, and recharge refrigerants in compliance with EPA Section 608 regulations; maintain logs.
• Read and interpret HVAC schematics and wiring diagrams to execute work accurately and safely.
• Document maintenance work and keep CMMS up to date.
