Mend Partners is seeking a reliable Certified HVAC Technician to join our Nashville-area team servicing short-term rental and residential properties. The role requires HVAC certification, on-call rotation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC service, diagnostic and repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic tools. General maintenance skills and strong communication are also valued in this 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Experience in HVAC service, diagnostics & repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic tools for field work.
• General maintenance/handyman experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs & preventive maintenance.
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and fixture installs.
• Communicate updates, photos and notes through our systems.
• Maintain professionalism in guest-occupied homes.
• Participate in rotating after-hours/on-call schedule.

NOW HIRING: HVAC Technician / Maintenance Technician

Mend is looking for a reliable, hardworking Certified HVAC Technician to join our growing team servicing short-term rental & residential properties throughout the Nashville area.

HVAC certification is required.

General maintenance/handyman experience is a big plus, as there will also be opportunities to assist with other maintenance needs.

We are a 24/7 maintenance operation, so this position includes participation in an on-call rotation with some evenings & weekends required. We offer flexible scheduling & are looking for someone dependable, communicative, professional & comfortable working independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs & preventative maintenance
• Identifying system issues & recommending appropriate repairs
• General maintenance & repair work as needed
