SUMMARY:Under the general supervision of the Director of Maintenance and Operations performs diverse and complex administrative support duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting (75 pounds), carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, frequent climbing and balancing, frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity. The job is performed under some temperature extremes and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness. Generally the job requires 25% sitting, 60% standing/walking, and 10% squatting/stooping, 5% reaching.
