Job summary

Pleasant View Communities in Manheim, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain campus facilities and equipment. This full-time, days role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance.
• HVAC Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus, facilities, and equipment using a variety of building trades.
• Manage and document work orders using the work order system.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness of completed work.
• Conduct regular rounds checking fire extinguishers and exit signs.
