Job summary

Pleasant View Communities in Manheim, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service campus facilities and equipment across multiple trades. This full-time role emphasizes safety, timely work, and quality for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities include using a work order system, snow removal as needed, and conducting regular safety checks, with an inclusive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a life plan community setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance preferred.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus, facilities, and equipment by utilizing a variety of building trades.
• Utilizes work order system to manage and document completed work orders.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness of completed work.
• Conduct regular rounds checking fire extinguishers, exit signs, etc.

Education
