• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure safe operation of equipment, systems, and facilities
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical systems as needed
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, halls, corridors, and rooms
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility operations and patient care
• Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and repairs
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
