Leisure World of Maryland is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician for a full-time role in Montgomery County. The position supports installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for both residential and commercial customers within the Leisure World community.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with on-call duties as assigned. Ideal candidates hold a CFC certification and/or refrigerant license, Maryland Journeyman HVAC license, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

Knowledge of refrigeration, heating, and air handling principles.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and maintenance documents.
Familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair.
Experience installing and servicing heat pumps, air conditioners, and furnaces.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems in a safe, professional manner as per specifications.
Diagnose malfunctions by inspecting equipment and system components.
Assemble, install, or repair wiring, piping, and related components.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Maintain vehicle, stock, tools, and safety equipment in company-provided vehicle.
Provide repair cost estimates and complete work orders with customer signatures.
