Job summary

Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC), the property management company for Leisure World of Maryland a private, age-restricted community, seeks a full-time HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential and commercial customers of the LWMC community.

The ideal candidate will have a CFC Certification and/or license in refrigerant, transition, and recovery, a Maryland Journeyman HVAC license, and a current valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CFC refrigeration certification/licensing is required.
• Maryland Journeyman HVAC license is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years HVAC maintenance/installation/service experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems in a fully satisfactory, safe, and professional manner.
• Inspect or test machinery for diagnosing malfunctions.
• Assemble or repair wiring, pipe systems, and related equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on A/C and refrigeration systems.
• Complete work orders with customer signature and collect payment as applicable.
• Document installed equipment including make, model, serial number and test measurements.
• Maintain daily job logs and company vehicle upkeep.
