Qualifications

• Five years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• Licenses or certifications in electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing trade.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a mixed workload of preventative maintenance and simple repairs.
• Updates work statuses in the CMMS using a mobile device.
• Reviews outside vendor projects and manages punch lists.
• Diagnoses HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems for faults and issues.
• Supports project work and emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintains logs and PM work orders; ensures safe operations.
