Job summary

Oxford Companies is seeking an HVAC Technician II to perform installations, repairs and ongoing maintenance across a broad range of HVAC equipment. The role requires diagnosing issues, recording work hours, and coordinating with external contractors when required.

The candidate should have trade certification (NATE or EPA I/II/III and refrigerant recovery) and experience with commercial RTUs. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school with 5+ years of trade experience.
• NATE or EPA Type I/II/III and Refrigerant Transition & Recovery Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to maintain optimal operation.
• Respond to HVAC service orders and after-hour calls.
• Document all work performed and hours, and file daily with the Maintenance department.
• Monitor HVAC maintenance inventory and related expenses.
• Review system operations and address problems promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns for vacant or common areas to Maintenance Admin.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when needed to resolve issues.
• Quality follow-up on all tasks and outcomes.
• Support HVAC Operations team as needed.
