Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an HVAC Mechanic to join our team in Houston, Texas. This position performs preventive maintenance, assists with equipment installations, and supports basic repair and service activities for residential HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, eager to develop technical skills, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Pay range is $50,960–$66,560 annually, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on HVAC systems

• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Refer complex troubleshooting and repair issues to senior technicians
