Qualifications

• Performs work under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance agreements (PMA) and routine system inspections.
• Assist with HVAC equipment installations and replacements.
• Perform basic repairs and component replacements under guidance from senior technicians.
• Inspect equipment and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Refer advanced troubleshooting and repair needs to senior technicians.
