Responsibilities

• Responds to Facility Service Work Orders including HVAC service calls.
• Diagnoses building management/energy management systems for faults and errors.
• Collaborates with technicians to maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Completes and logs all required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Observes and complies with all safety policies and procedures.
