Qualifications

• Must possess valid licensing or certification for the geographical work area.
• Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnoses and resolves customer problems professionally.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
