Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance with a strong focus on HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants.
• Diagnoses building management/energy management systems for faults and errors.
• Interprets blueprints and schematic drawings for accurate troubleshooting.
• Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately.
