Job summary

Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician II to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair large commercial systems across offices, healthcare facilities, industrial sites, and data centers.

You will read wiring diagrams, diagnose VAV and DX systems, service chillers up to 450 tons, and coordinate with Account Managers and Service Coordinators to ensure timely, safe, and quality service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent training.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Current EPA Universal certification.
• Texas ACR Registration.
• Current Texas TDLR Registration.
• Provide basic hand tools (gauges, meter, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.).
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with Outlook/Teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a range of HVAC systems including large tonnage packages, chillers, VAV, and DX systems.
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Service Coordinators for parts, subcontractors and labor.
• Communicate daily schedule and complete timecards, activity and inspection reports.
• Work safely following industry standards and demonstrate professional craftsmanship.
