Job summary

Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems in diverse facilities.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, an EPA Universal, Texas ACR, and TDLR registrations, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. You will work independently and coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Associate's degree, or equivalent experience and training.
• Valid driver's license, EPA Universal, Texas ACR, and TDLR registrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair centrifugal chillers, large RTU, and commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot air flow, building pressure, and VAV systems.
• Trace complex electrical systems and perform field repairs as needed.
• Ensure safe, clean work environments and proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator for parts, subcontractors, and labor.
• Communicate diagnostics clearly to clients and team.
