Job summary

Daikin Applied, the world's largest HVAC company, seeks a Service Technician II in Houston, onsite. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and water-source heat pumps.

With 3+ years of related experience and an HVAC certificate, you will lead Level I technicians, document time and parts, and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in HVAC service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• HVAC certificate or technical training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and logging.
• Inspect and test systems to verify function.
