Job summary

Bryan Health is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems across facilities. You will work with building automation controls, calibrate equipment, and ensure energy-efficient operation in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include supervising junior staff on projects, documenting preventive maintenance, and collaborating with hospital teams to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience or a technical associate's degree or Journeyman with 3+ years in healthcare/commercial setting required.
• Trade school degree in HVAC or Electronics preferred.
• Journeyman license and CFC refrigeration license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC machinery and equipment per diagrams and manuals.
• Install, calibrate, and repair controls for BAS and other electro-mechanical devices.
• Monitor BAS operation and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Lead technician on projects and provide guidance to staff.
• Document work orders, maintenance, and inspection results.
