Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is hiring a residential/light commercial HVAC technician. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance, and communicate with customers to resolve issues. The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• 2+ years HVAC experience with ability to read wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Deliver parts/equipment and accurately record service details on a handheld device.
• Coordinate with dispatch to provide accurate status during calls.
• Promote company products/services and generate replacement sales leads.
