Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose, service and repair residential and light commercial systems with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will communicate clearly with customers, perform diagnostics, and promote our products and services.

The role supports growth and ongoing training within a supportive team environment. The position emphasizes safety, efficient problem resolution, and delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 1-2+ years' experience in HVAC with technical training certification required
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by regulations for the geographical work area
• EPA and safety certifications required

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service calls under general supervision
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC problems with courtesy and timeliness
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and callbacks
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services to customers
