Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent and four years of experience in the heating and air conditioning trade.
• Skilled in the diagnosis and repair of defective systems and controls.
• Individual should be working to earn H-3 license. IAQ Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, alter, and repair heating, air and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electric control circuits.
• Replace faulty thermostats, wiring, and controls.
• Calibrate electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
