Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• HVAC diploma, certificate or equivalent preferred.
• HVAC system monitoring/controls experience and PC skills preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and related systems.
• Repair/replace valves, fans, motors, gaskets, filters and controls.
• Inspect and test HVAC equipment for proper function.
• Assist in duct work installation and system repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and components.
• Safely operate district vehicles to job sites.
