Job summary

InterSolutions is hiring Apartment HVAC Technicians for apartment communities. The role offers part-time or full-time opportunities in Ladson, SC, with pay rates of $23-$26 per hour.

You will work under the maintenance supervisor or property manager, handling service requests, preparing vacant units, performing repairs, and providing excellent resident service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA experience required; certification is a plus.

• Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
