Responsibilities

• Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders promptly.
• Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring readiness.
• Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements professionally per industry standards.
