Job summary

InterSolutions is hiring Apartment HVAC Technicians for apartment communities. The role offers part-time or full-time opportunities in Ladson, SC, with pay rates of $23-$26 per hour.

You will work under the maintenance supervisor or property manager, handling service requests, preparing vacant units, performing repairs, and providing excellent resident service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA experience required; certification is a plus.
• General maintenance repair and service knowledge.
• Apartment maintenance experience.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new tenants.
• Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards.
