ABE Heating and Cooling in the Denver metro area is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join our team. The role offers a competitive pay range of $32 - $42/hour + commissions, along with tool reimbursement and training compensation.

As an HVAC Technician, you will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, provide customers with clear pricing and estimates, and complete field repairs to industry standards. You may assist the installation team on ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience as a service technician
• Knowledge of heating equipment (air/ground source heat pumps, mini splits, boilers)
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems
• Provide customers with clear pricing and estimates
• Perform field repairs meeting industry standards
• Collect payment and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist installation team on select projects
