Job summary

ABE Heating and Cooling in the Denver metro area is seeking a skilled full-time HVAC Technician to join our team.

You’ll diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems on service calls, provide customers with clear pricing, and complete field work to industry standards. Daily duties include collecting payments and, when needed, assisting the installation crew; on-call weekends may apply. Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a service technician
• Knowledge about heating equipment (air or ground source heat pumps, mini splits, boilers)
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems on service calls
• Provide customers with clear pricing and estimates for repairs
• Perform required repairs in the field meeting industry standards
• Collect payment from customers and ensure satisfaction
• Assist installation team on lighter service days
