THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR HVAC INSTALLER

THE SCHEDULE:

As an HVAC Installer, you'll benefit from a dynamic schedule that starts at 7:30 AM and continues until tasks are completed, with on-call shifts and plenty of overtime opportunities available.

YOUR ROLE:

As an HVAC Installer, your day is filled with rewarding challenges and hands-on tasks that keep you engaged and active. You start by carefully reading and studying installation manuals, ensuring you are fully prepared for the installation of air and ground source heat pumps. Once ready, you load the truck with all the necessary materials, making sure you have everything you need for a successful installation. As you arrive at each job site, you put your skills to the test, expertly installing the new equipment while also being ready to tackle any minor troubleshooting that arises with existing systems. Each day offers a sense of accomplishment as you contribute to creating comfortable environments for your customers, making the work both fulfilling and impactful.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of installation experience in heat pumps/boilers
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• EPA license

Preferred qualifications:

• NATE certification
• Knowledge of geothermal heat pumps
