Job summary

ABM is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, repairs and installation of HVAC and refrigeration equipment and controls, including chilled water systems and boilers, across assigned facilities. Compensation is $32.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

A comprehensive benefits package and eligibility for a company incentive or bonus program are provided. This role requires adherence to safety standards and quality workmanship, and may involve overtime or weekend

Job description

The HVAC Technician performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.

Pay: $32.00/hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekends/overtime as needed)
