Qualifications

• HVAC experience: 1 year minimum.
• EPA Type II certification required.
• Valid PA driver’s license and basic hand tools.
• Computer skills and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment including heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, air conditioning, geothermal, and controls.
• Preauthorize work, process payments, and manage service-related communications with customers.
• Educate customers on maintenance schedules and promote annual service.
• Order parts and coordinate with supervisor to maintain records.
• Perform after-hours on-call on a rotating schedule.
• Maintain accurate customer information and drive warranty considerations when applicable.
