Cutting Edge Total Comfort is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will explain options to customers and prepare accurate ServiceTitan estimates, upholding safety and EPA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• NATE Certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, gas, and airflow diagnostics.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Explain repair options clearly to customers.
• Prepare accurate estimates using ServiceTitan.
• Maintain notes, photos, and documentation in ServiceTitan.
• Promote indoor air quality products, maintenance agreements, and replacements when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and inventory.
• Follow safety policies and EPA regulations.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service on every call.
