Qualifications

• 3-4 years HVAC Technician experience.
• Great customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Running calls on aged equipment.
• Educate customers on repair vs. replace options.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customers.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Educate customers on proper system operation and energy-saving tips to maximize efficiency.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Other duties as assigned.
