MW MECHANICAL LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team. You will install, service, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring safety and quality on every job.

The ideal candidate has HVAC service/installation experience, holds an EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a crew, with a strong customer-focus and pride in your workmanship.

Qualifications

• Past experience as HVAC service technician/installer.
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with repairing, installing, operation, and maintenance of heat pumps, gas heating systems, gas pipe, duct work, split systems, package systems, high and low voltage wiring.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, or service HVAC systems in client sites.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure satisfaction.
• Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
• Test electrical circuits and components for proper operation and safety.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
