Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC in Summerville, SC is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs while performing preventative maintenance; on-call rotation is one week on, one week off.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On-Call rotation: 1 week on / 1 week off.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
