Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Moncks Corner, SC. The role offers $28-$45 per hour with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and tools provided to support performance.

You will service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines, with on-call rotation one week on, one week off.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required or preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On Call rotation is one week on and one week off.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.

What you will be doing:
