Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Charlotte, NC. You will service and repair commercial HVAC/R systems, including RTUs and walk-ins, while diagnosing issues and performing preventative maintenance.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $28–$45 with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, plus comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle, and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On-call rotation 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
