ConServ Building Services is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician to maintain and repair commercial systems across our Tampa Bay area client base. You will diagnose issues on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines, performing preventative maintenance and ensuring reliable operations.

The role offers weekly pay, a competitive hourly rate ($28-$45/hour) with a sign-on bonus up to $2,500, company benefits including medical, dental, and vision, and a take-home company

Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician

$28-$45/hour | Weekly Pay | Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

What you will be doing:

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance

What you need for this position:

• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• On Call rotation is one week on and one week off
