ConServ Building Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Bradenton, FL. The role focuses on servicing and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs and ice machines, with strong emphasis on troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

We offer weekly pay, a sign-on bonus up to $2,500, and a range of benefits. A company vehicle is provided for work, along with uniforms and PPE.

Formación

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On-call rotation: 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month.

Responsabilidades

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
