Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to transition into an Instructor role in Lincoln, RI. You will teach hands-on HVAC training in a state-of-the-art facility, shaping the next generation of technicians while enjoying a 3-day weekend schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC, with master certifications preferred. RJ1/RJ2 familiarity is a plus, and a High School Diploma/GED is required. The position offers full benefits and ongoing professional growth.

Job Details

You will teach hands‑on training in a state‑of‑the‑art facility, ensuring students develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the HVAC industry.

• Schedule: Mon‑Thurs, 10 hour shifts - EVERY FRIDAY OFF
• Pay range: $40-$50/hour
• Experience: No prior teaching experience required
• Location: Lincoln, RI
