Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced HVAC instructor to lead hands-on training in a state-of-the-art facility in New Britain, CT. You will teach HVAC technologies, mentor students, and prepare them for certification exams, helping them build careers in the trades.

This full-time role requires an HVAC license and 5+ years of HVAC technician experience; master certifications are a plus. The schedule is Mon-Thurs, 10-hour days, with Fridays off, and a competitive salary of $85,000-$92,000 per year plus

• Master certifications would be excellent.

Salary: $85,000 - $92,000 per year.

You will teach hands-on training in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring students develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the HVAC industry.

• Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 10 hour shifts - EVERY FRIDAY OFF
• Pay range: $40-$50/hour
• Experience: No prior teaching experience required
• Location: New Britian, CT
