Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial or Industrial HVAC Service Technician in Metairie, LA. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and building automation components.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and support repair work with a focus on reliability and safety. A company car, PTO and 401k are among the benefits offered.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC service.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair rooftop units, chillers and cooling towers.
• Operate and service boilers, air handling units and related equipment.
• Assist with system start-up, testing and commissioning when required.
