Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living seeks an HVAC Technician to maintain heating, cooling and ventilation across residential apartments and public areas on the campus. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to implement plans from Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
• Adapt to new industry techniques and equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance of heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
• Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Inspect, monitor and evaluate efficiency and safety of systems.
